Your movement stays in this page.

The routine you select and the timer’s progress are held in the page’s temporary memory. They aren’t sent to a workout service or saved as an activity history. Reloading or closing the page resets them.

No advertising or analytics trackers.

This site includes no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, embedded social feeds or third-party fonts. Its pages, illustration and scripts are served as local website files. OpenGym doesn’t use browser storage to remember your activity.

What happens when a page loads?

Your browser connects to the hosting server to request the website’s files. In doing so, it provides ordinary connection information such as an IP address, requested path and browser details. The server may process or log this information to deliver the site and maintain its security.

This is separate from workout tracking: the timer does not send your selected routine, repetitions or progress to the server.

No forms, purchases or profiles.

There are no registration, contact, payment or health-data forms on these pages. Please don’t send personal health information through website URLs or other requests.
